Our credit system is time-based, not resource-based. 1 credit = 1 week regardless of RAM/CPU usage. We provide generous resource limits (512MB RAM, 0.5 vCPU) included in every deployment.

Yes! Stopping an app immediately pauses credit deduction. Your code, configs, and env vars are preserved. Start it again any time — it redeploys in under 30 seconds.

Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. We send email reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiry so you never lose credits unexpectedly.

We accept UPI (all apps), PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, debit/credit cards, and NEFT/RTGS bank transfer. All payments in ₹ INR with no foreign transaction fees.

We offer refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@elitehosting.in with your payment reference. Partially used packs are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
