2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Elite Hosting maintains zero tolerance for illegal activities, hosting copyrighted content without authorization, phishing, spamming, or server resource abuse. Users strictly agree NOT to use https://www.elitehosting.in services for:

• Engaging in any illegal activities or violating local, national, or international laws.
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• Phishing, malicious attacks, malware distribution, or spamming.
• Server resource abuse, crypto-mining, or unauthorized stress testing that impacts server stability.

3. Account Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for maintaining secure account credentials, including passwords and API keys. The client is also responsible for maintaining independent data backups of all files, databases, and hosted applications stored on Elite Hosting infrastructure.

4. Service Availability

Elite Hosting strives to provide continuous service availability supported by a best-effort 99.9% uptime SLA and scheduled maintenance terms. Scheduled maintenance may be conducted periodically to perform hardware or software upgrades, for which prior notice will be provided whenever feasible.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the services of https://www.elitehosting.in are governed under the laws of India.
